Cons are crapping their pants. They were convinced their rapist buddy had made it onto the court.
The thought of going to jail for lying to the FBI will put the fear of God into most of the people that get interviewed.

All that non-stop cocksure yammering by the Con and now he's gone deathly silent.
Enjoy the silence.

Not so limited in scope
“If investigators uncover evidence that Kavanaugh lied to lawmakers during hearings or on his background-check forms, that could spark a criminal investigation in which law enforcement could use the full extent of its legal powers.”

Con is keeping the dream alive. He wants his rapist on the court and he wants him now! But, he can live with a one week delay because he knows the FBI will deliver for him. Lol!

Here Con, print this out and put it in your pocket. Pull it out for reference the next time you get this confused.

I think his impeachment will make an excellent campaign issue in 2020.
This episode also paves the way to run against “Gym Jordan” for speaker

Longer term I would love to see
1) a move back to a 60+ vote requirement. That would push both parties to nominate less controversial judges that require more bipartisan support to get through
2) Term limits for SCOTUS and Congress. For Congress the need is clear - there are far too many dinosaurs in DC who are out of touch with their constituents and the American people. BOTH SIDES. For SCOTUS it shouldn't be a lifetime position. More frequent rotations would help keep the court more balanced in the long term.

Fine, whatever, just admit to it. Why lie about it? Even if he's innocent of other accusations he's now a proven liar and to many that disqualifies him for the bench.
Perjury, correct ?
That’s bad for a jurist. Right ?
How can he be confirmed ... for
