Missouri Democrat says " I hope Trump is assassinated " on Facebook.
She says she will not resign. She said she wrote it because " The President is causing damage. He is causing hate "
Chappelle-Nadal noted that it was recently the three-year anniversary of the fatal shooting of Michael Brown by a police officer in Ferguson — a city she represents in the Missouri Senate. Additionally, the NAACP recently issued a travel advisory for Missouri, warning people to be careful while in the state because of a danger that civil rights won’t be respected.
“There are people who are afraid of going out in the streets. It’s worse than even Ferguson.”
Trump’s comments “make it easier for racists to be racists,” Chappelle-Nadal said
Wasn't it shown that Michael Brown was killed by a Police Officer after resisting, struggling and trying to kill him ?
This is an elected Representative of the people. A Democrat.

Jeremy Corbyn has argued that people who support Islamic State should not be prosecuted for “expressing a political point of view”.
The Labour leader told MPs that Britain should not make "value judgements" and that holding a view was not in itself "an offence."
Speaking during a parliamentary debate on temporary exclusion orders in 2014, he questioned the creation of “legal obstacles” for fighters returning from to the UK from Syria.

I happen to agree with him. One can't be prosecuted for their thoughts and beliefs. It's their actions that need to be considered.
When we start stepping over that line and attacking individuals for what they believe in, whether or not you personally believe in it, is very dangerous territory.
Next question then becomes: are they teaching, and indoctrinating, those beliefs in a manner which could then become harmful? Then, it's crossing the line.
But, to attack and persecute based on a belief? hoo-boy...
