As the parent of girls, I am talking about how I feel about Donald Trump representing this country as president. I do not feel proud when I think of his involvement with beauty pageants. I am entitled to this view. I would also feel it if I had sons but it particularly acute with daughters.

Do you instead feel 'proud' to think about voting for a women who didn't stand up for herself when and her husband who has a history of disrespecting her? I want my daughter to stand on her own two feet, not feel she has to be treated like dirt to remain with a spouse for appearances, only.

So, you have an issue because one candidate has involvement with something that, I presume is your issue, objectifies women? Even if those same women choose so?

But, you do not have an issue with a president who actively support someone that objectifies women? Even if that same woman chose to?

That is not on the list of the things I admire about her. I don't feel that she places any importance on or has profited from how women look strutting around and smiling in heels and bikinis and stage.

Trumps business ventures in the pageant industry are a strike against him in my book. Nothing illegal about it but not something I value in any way, shape or for. Taken together with other statements he has made he quite effectively repels myself and many other women.

Walked out of my office. As I passed through the lobby, I caught CNN on the TV, Our Fearless Leader speaking. At the bottom, was this quote - Obama: "The Presidency isn't a realty show"

My initial reaction was "Wasn't he just on Bear Gryllis?" Then I remembered, that show's fake, so that's probably how he justifies it....
