Stop making it about me. I know you hate me. Everybody gets that. You don't need to lie about my posts to show that you hate. Just say it.
The problem is you can't even defend your own hypocrisy. But then again it might not even be hypocrisy. It could be ignorance or even stupidity. You might have been utterly unaware that DARPA even existed or that the federal government funded programs that had joint commercial and military applications. I don't know for sure but I have to believe that DARPA has funded solar projects.
So I will put it to you this way. No deflection no obfuscation. Just answer the %$&@ing question. Do you believe that DARPA funding of joint military/commercial technologies is acceptable but government funding of projects that benefit only commercial technologies without a military application (i.e. home solar) is not. YES or NO. No attacks on me. Just answer the damn question YES or NO. If you can't do that then you have proven yourself to be a fraud and a complete moron.
Cujo
You were the one to make a silly comment. Another poster was nice enough to list some of the benefits of military technology that entered into the private sector.
Now , regarding your question, the water is very muddy in this instance. Solar receives unprecedented Federal funds, tax breaks, incentives , programs, loans, on and on. All this for an energy source that produces .6 % of the nation's electricity.
Meanwhile Bully Obama has his EPA do a workaround Congress to target Coal, which produces 33 % of the nation's electricity. He'll put people out of work, as will Hillary , for his ideology . 67 % of the nation's electricity comes from fossil fuels . But we can't have a pipeline, can't have a coal industry, on and on.
We know, the Progressives will preach " Coal is dead" , so the hell with the people that have jobs in the industry. Put them on SNAP, give them some College Vouchers, all will be fine.
.6 % vs 33 % . Logically , which should be more important ? What will replace the 33 % that Coal supplies? What jobs will be available for those working in coal? How many more billions do we need to spend on solar to go from .6 % to ...1 % ? To 33 % ?

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostYes, security cameras are a very good thing, as are cell phones. Hopefully they make rogue cops think twice before they gun down an unarmed civilian who presents no threat to them or anyone else.
They also can show a civilian robbing, bullying, and outright assaulting another minority type, and then also show the steps a cop often takes to defend himself before resorting to using their firearm.
They can also show progressive-type communication college educators trying to shut down free speech through physical means when it doesn't agree with their philosophies.
They can show the hypocrisy of some people encouraging segregation and assaulting others for wearing hairstyles they feel are part of their culture, only.
Good thing indeed.

And he thinks he can ingratiate himself with the millions he has offended by eating a taco bowl and saying "I love Hispanics".

Hillary goes to an inner city restaurant and doesn't eat any food, just orders Black coffee. It is only the photo op that matters to her. Pandering.
15,000 inside, 15,000 outside yesterday in West Virginia. Right after Hillary was recently nearby telling them they are going to lose their jobs. Bill said the same thing and was booed.

And then Trump adds... "The best taco bowls are made in Trump Tower Grill"
Lol, yeah right!
The clown offends even further while trying to kiss and make up.

Obsess much? So we are now down to blowing up the resolution to see the ad that is in the background while someone is eating.
Nah, let's not talk about issues.
This is comical.

It reinforces has embarrassing connection to beauty pageants for crying out loud. Humiliating for anyone with a daughter (or son) that he could be our highest elected representative. He tried to make money by parading tall skinny women around on stage in bikinis. Yuck!
