Doesn't matter if you were a Pilgrim or today, good players and their families know they are good. The schools know they are good. They don't need to try to convince others.

This entire site is dedicated to talking about soccer stuff so that is what we’re doing. She isn’t managing her “brand”. She’s bragging about how many coaches called her. It’s gross.
Shes a good player and will go to a good school. Maybe at some point she’ll learn to be less obnoxious. Maybe she won’t.
For now, she clearly wants attention and that’s what she’s getting here. If she or her dad don’t like it, they can take it as a life lesson. If you put it out there, you’re going to get feedback, positive or negative. If you don’t like it, don’t blast your business on the internet. But putting it out there and saying “don’t pay attention if you don’t like it” doesn’t work. Welcome to the internet buttercup!

She, or whoever is running her twitter, wants attention. I’m giving it to her. don’t like it? Share less. Welcome to the real world.
p.s. The number of calls my “little Mia” received is private, as it should be. Try it sometime. Or get used to the feedback. Her Twitter is obnoxious.

Also, you are wrong. You don’t understand social media today. Go back to yelling at kids to get off your lawn.
If this is your daughter you’re so sure he’s talking about then talk to her, not him. If there is actually a kid out there posting about the number of coaches who called her, that’s not good social media marketing of yourself. That’s icky. You sound a little misguided about the role social media can play in recruiting.

Attacking a specific child - and that is what this is - is profoundly disturbed. This was not a general discussion of social media.
