After a multi year run of being the top thread on TS, the Revs thread is dead. The board has been overtaken with lunatic 2007 girls dads that could care less about the Revs.

If a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it, does it make a sound? Not if it’s the Revs. Nobody cares anymore. We can’t even tell our work friends that don’t care that our kid plays for the Revs because we are working from home!

That line "your kid wasn't invited" is just as old tired. Not the op but people take an interest as it's the only MLS club around, the org has vast resources but disappointingly doesn't give a rat's azz about talent development

There's nothing to talk about since nothing has chanced; still one of the weakest clubs out there for development.

I wouldn't go as far as weakest club for development. For the resources they have available they do a sub par for a player development.


I have seen better gains when the academy players go and play futsal in the winter.
Ginga , Flair and Boleiro do a great job of developing the boys technical skills with one or two session a week.
I would pick them over Bolts and NEFC because it is free . My oldest son did ODP many moons ago and he a couple kids invited to NTC including a GK and they are playing D1 and they didn't do Revs.


Bruce Arena needs to clean shop and bring his own staff or just focus on better scouting .

Biggest piece is the coaching. Without fixing that the scouting doesn't matter. Fix it and players will flock to you.

Revs players spend more money on Pro Project to improve their game than most other kids spend on club soccer. Essentially the Revs cost more than NEFC in terms of development.

Spending money on the pro project is a joke. Parents and Players are lazy. Just invite your teammates to a field and play.
