It all depends on how the teams do in the fall. If they do well probably no changes. This spring, Scales brought in many HS players in the 17s and 2 HS players in the 19s

NESJ interview
From NESJ
I don’t know what they continue to say this? Don’t they know it’s literally the least an MLS academy spends? Well below the average...
“That straightforward question prompted a straightforward answer, according to club president Brian Bilello and academy directory Bryan Scales. Hence why – in addition to spending over $1 million a year to fund free youth programs from U-13s to U-19s, plus a U-23 team in the summer – the Revs have recently launched two initiatives.”

They are re-discovered after the high school season. They are then added to the team for the spring season. You with me?

They may, but the players need to choose to devote to the full 10 months of DA training and competition. 2017 was the last year the Revs Academy granted USSDA waivers. There's no loophole anywhere like you seem to think. It's an open add on period for full time DA players!! Talking about two separate things, you twit! Last player to be sent packing back to Brooks was the defender ML, last year (2017). That is all she wrote, over my friend.

End of story. I think that daddy hopes his little Zlatan will get waivered so he's able to play for both Fvck Fvck High and an Academy team. Not happening, go elsewhere for that.

Is there a USSDA loophole about solidarity payments?
I'll wait.

What makes you so sure that they won't continue the policy of "adding" players over the Winter, within the USSDA mandated window?
The U17 team is abysmal. They can still hold strong(wink, wink) to their "no waivers" policy while improving their team by "adding" players after November.
You may be surprised by the defections after this season. They may be in no position to stand firm. Backfilling people will be a real challenge because the talent just isn't out there waiting for an email from the Revs.
