No, it's an indication that you are actually on the team. Camps are just camps. That was the start of a 2 year cycle that culminates in a World Cup run. If he's around at that point he's "rostered" on the USMNT U17 squad. I hope he makes it. As of now he's just practicing with other hopefuls.
