Hear the Revs are struggling to assemble the 01/02 and 00/99 teams. Lots of cuts at the 01/02 ages and some players are opting for Prep schools over the Revs.

Another two goals for 2002 Valeo player MT playing up for the U16's today. That kid is far better than MB. Just happens that MB is a chosen one. Whatever that means. MB played 10 minutes today, what does that tell you?

MT scores another one against NYCFC for the U14's. He has to be the next projected Homegrown MLS Revs signing. Where's MB? Oh yeah, going to the ISL. hahahaha!!

It is quite funny that the Rev coaches think that *they* are doing all the choosing. Nobody has asked my kid if he wants to stay. Nobody has asked us how we think his training is going. I guess they assume he is going to stay and support their chosen ones. That would be NO.

If he hasn't been asked if he wants to stay, he's probably being cut. Maybe you are wrong in assuming they want him another year?

I doubt that's what's going on but it's good that some are happy to leave. Makes it easier.

Only the bench warmers want to leave. Or the ones wanting to step up to play in Europe or South America. The Revs should wave goodbye to the former and encourage the latter. If they don't succeed overseas they will at least come back better players with a new experience under their belts.
