So who's confident they are coming back, desperate to come back, or blowing this popsicle stand?

So if JR got kicked off the Revs for trialing in Germany what is he doing now? Is he training in Germany? It would be a shame if he is just sitting around waiting to go to Indiana. The other sad part of this story is that the Rev U18 team had a legitimate shot at doing something at the end of year finals. The loss of JR will hurt them and their chances.

I wonder how this will impact the Revs going forward. If players who feel they might be good enough to trial over in Europe during those last two years of high school, or are just looking for some extra quality training there, know they will be looking at punishment if they do so, will they end up instead playing for one of the non-MLS clubs in the area. The non-MLS clubs, I assume, would be more flexible about this and probably even encourage it, as it is great PR for their club if their players are good enough to train with well known clubs in Europe. Plus they have no reason to be worried their players will be "stolen" by the European clubs, as the academy teams are pretty much the end of the line.
