Not always. And after a couple years of mediocre coaching even a marginal advantage is long gone for the not-so-special ones who are then NPL level. Parents who placed their kids in a bad dev environment figure it out after it's too late.

Bolt coaches are much better, former pros and college coaches. Look at the Revs list. Who???

Look at the younger teams and many players with 0 goals who previously were key players on their club teams. Sad and pathetic. You got what you paid for.

Logically, you take the best players from the best teams in the region. Even then, there are the best of the best teams in that group, which beat the other teams. The Revs then take the best of the best and put them in the back line or on the bench. Brilliant.
