And the floodgates have opened from your sphincter to the internet.

Sorry your kid couldn’t get into an ISL school. Waivers are common. ISL + DA = best of both worlds.

Post the list. There were many coaches on the sidelines.

You post it. You claim to be there. Besides, looking is one thing, getting offers is another

My son is a U15 so there wasn’t a list for us. Now you seem to agree there were coaches in attendance. You realize they don’t walk around with bags of cash and admission letters.

It was in jest -- there were coaches from almost every school at the event and a lot of coaches at Revs games. However Revs are one of the only teams out in CA that did not have a handout for coaches with profiles of their players or any methodology for tracking which coaches were at the games. Most other teams do this. Bolts had 40-60 coaches at each game, many of them who were contacted previously by players and were there specifically to see these players play. Players provided with a game by game list of coaches in attendance so they can follow-up. Revs should be doing this for their players as well. There are good reasons why a lot of kids have headed for the doors - parents on the younger teams need to consider this carefully....

Our other kid got a lot of help with college recruitment from their club. With the Revs you are on your own.

Revs coaches won’t even talk to us. You can’t possibly expect them to gather college coach info for us.

If it's true other clubs provide handouts but Revs do not, they are the biggest losers in NE.

The Revs Academy is instructed to identify and develop professional soccer players. They don’t care about college coaches, they don’t care about parents and they most certainly have no use for college bound players.

Which would be fine if they did actually identify and develop professional soccer players, which they don’t.

Even pro teams need cones to dribble around.

That's an oxymoron and absurd. If they were to "develop" pro players, they would establish a training regiment which supported that. The Revs Academy is simply a placeholder for the MLS requirement. They actually diminish player ability by the weakness of their program and hire all their first team pros from outside. The bizarre tale for ZH, and now IA and NF shows they do nothing but lip service to any thoughts of HG players.

Someone should get a list if they actually have the fewest HG of all MLS academies.

                            Some development!

Of course you are correct. But as a pro club that is all they care about, in theory. No one said they were actually doing it. There's many other MLS clubs that are doing a much better job than the Revs on that front

I think the Revolution Academy needs to make some changes.
