Clearly you don't understand the structure.

Take several seats.

Outside of MLS clubs youth soccer is all pay to play

How is any of this acceptable to players, parents, coaches and management?
The current combined stats of the U15 & U17 teams at the GA Cup Qualifier are:
0-4-0
2 goals for / 11 goals against
The current combined stats of the U15 & U17 teams in the USSDA fall season are:
3-7-2
18 goals for / 21 goals against
That means both teams are a combined 3-11-2 with 20 goals for and 32 goals against in the last month and a half.
The U15 team isn’t as dysfunctional as the U17 but that doesn’t mean they don’t have major systemic issues that need urgent attention.
Fire coaches. Fire scouts. Cut players. Sign other players. We’re headed for the division 3 basement of the GA Cup and there’s no way we qualify for the Winter Cup. We could potentially be relegated from the MLS division of the USSDA. This shouldn’t be happening.
Fix this!
