I am a Revs parent and the reason the coaches are on their current teams is because BS can only deal with nutless yes-men. Gary Hall is too good a coach and so is a threat to BS. That’s why he he keeps him in a dark corner.

Orientation Scales told us all "we'll give you a year, we commit to the players on a year to year basis". And then that Nov. they dumped half the team. Such liars. Because they scouted those players and then are too lazy to develop them and too cowardly to take credit for scouting poorly. What other club does that? Destroys the boys confidence on and off the field, totally tanks the team dynamic, and then they all start playing like they're trying to get noticed at an RTC to save their butts.

7 kids cut from U17 last year in Nov. Charris scouted the local high schools to find players to fill those spots. Advertised "open tryouts for high schoolers" around metro Boston/Providence. RTCs were held at the field house in Jan/Feb.

If the rosters were still up from last year you could figure it out. Boys that joined for the spring had no DA history in their bios and games played were 0 going in to the spring. Both U13 and U17 coaches were fired last Nov too. How's that for cleaning house? How about having a stable development environment for all involved?

Totally Agree. GH is a nice guy. Which is why I sometimes feel bad for the org bc they are hamstrung by what the Krafts (the least ambitious owners in the MLS) will invest.

He is a a complete moron! The revs are so bad because he was taking kids from Rhode island and old club team. That midget is a clown. Some of the players he took we're bench players on club teams.

Multiple examples of kids being released; everyone knows it, none more so than the kids themselves left scrambling to find another place to play.

Then it's complaints about who gets playing time and starts or who was recruited and who wasn't. Then it's complaints about not making cuts when they should. And when the Revs makes cuts, more complaints... here's a hint: there is an agenda in all these posts and it is clear who the agenda benefits: PAY2PLAY clubs

As to players being released, if they were really quality DA players, then they should have no problem finding another club to play for.

Also, all the posters here need to check themselves if they think Pro Youth Academies in Europe aren't any more cut throat. There are no guarantees in this game, at any level. Don't like it, go accept your participation trophy at the local rec league...
