Pereira, in his infinite wisdom, never bothered to read USSDA league rules. He rosters a U14 player and subs him in late without knowing that the player played with his younger team the previous day. Sums up the level of commitment this organization has. It's amateur hour over there. Scales always regurgitates to us that they're a professional club. They can't get the very basics down.

Amazing communication and player continuity between the coaches and respective teams. They are beyond incompetent, they're high school coaches at best and not very good ones at that!!

Why do you say that?

Simple, both teams have no dominant center backs, no standouts at defenders, the midfielders on both teams lack technical ability and distribution skills and both teams will have no credible offense or goal scorers. IMO, the weakest Revs age groups they will ever field since the inception of the academy in 2007. Both FC Boston Bolts and Seacoast are way ahead in terms of player for player talent in both age groups.

You might want to check the stats of some of the Seacoast players. They definitely have some talent. The problem is they don't have enough. That is why they lose players to the Revs, even if they are getting good training. Kids don't like to keep losing.
