Is NEFC really getting a 2nd team into GA? Are they going to have 1 super team and 1 average team or will they mix up the 2 teams and make them even to have 2 above average teams?

No only Stars does that : one strong team (Blue) and one mediocre team (White) that both practice in the same location (Lancaster). White players essentially pay for Blue players to be developed to win championships. While White remains stuck in 7th place, if lucky.
NEFC's two teams will practice out of different locations : Mendon and North shore. So far enough away that they will draw from different pools and form strong teams. No A team or B team like Stars.
Remains to be seen who coaches which teams.
At Stars the good coaches are at Blue

Instead of attacking me, why didn't you attack my message?
Because everything I said is true.
1. Both Stars White and Blue teams train in Lancaster
2. So they draw from the same pool
3. The best go to Blue and rest to White
4. Hence best coaches go to Blue rest to White
5. Every single one of Blue's teams finishes in top 3 . While for White it's a great accomplishment to make #5. All White teams place bottom 2. This year all but 2 placed at the very bottom. White has NEVER sent a team to playoffs. Ever.
Expectations for White are very very low.
6. White's sole purpose is to pay Blue bills.

Stars lures players to White with the promise of making the Blue team. But really only 1 or 2 White players ever make it. Preference is given to external players over White players.
2010s are the exception.
Never accept White offer.
If you have a choice between White and either NEFC GA team, pick NEFC for above reasons

NEFC has sent families the GA Navy coaching assignments for 2006-2013 years, presumably anyone who is trying out could easily ask who the coaches will be for the team they are interested in. Offers state the coach.
