She's 12.

My d plays for Stars White. A player got moved up mid year from regional. One more girl being moved for next year. And potentially 3 more by middle of next year.
It definitely happens. Nobody develops players better than Stars regional coaches. Esp white (but I'm biased) more so u12 to U15. My d's had both regional and national coaches and they are very good.

Red parents are sunk in the toxic culture created by NB and SG.

The 2007s should have their commits by now.
The 2008s are desperately hoping that scouts will continue to attend GA events for 1 more year.
The 2009 or 2010 parents still at NEFC are generally trapped there, and they know they're screwed.
The 2011s will take their YNT invitations and then tell NB to go eff himself, as all parents should, and head to Stars or Select.
Younger ages are fleeing in droves.

Given that NEFC is a boys club now.
And given that NEFC is losing a large, large, very large number of girls.
And given that NB has made a total mockery of the ID process (0 successes at club now) and YNT has no respect for him.

How long until the NEFC brass realize that they don't need a Girls Director with a higher salary than the Boys Director?
