This 5-0 loss was a first shutout, and with St. Marks coming off of their bad result against Nobles they seemed really up to correct their performance level yesterday.

ISL Girls 2011
Have witnessed her play on many occasions and came away with these observations.....
Terrific skillset
Strong shot
Has knack for open space
Never defends
When challenged physically, does not rise up.....which is surprising since she is so big.
Speed and agressiveness......two things that can't be taught!

The Globe has a HS "standings" page that includes ISL schools. I'm posting it since I don't think a lot of people know about it. I didn't until a few days ago. Here you go:

There is no single location that lists standings in respective classes so only way to get idea of relative strengths and playoff possibilities is to go to individual school’s web site and compare records and caliber of opponents. It is probably too early to do that anyway, particularly for ISL schools where some of the top competitors have not played each other yet (Nobles vs. Rivers for instance).

The 2011 information is not published anywhere publicly as far as I can tell, but if you have it or a link, please share it. There may be 1 or 2 other changes besides the ones noted above, but otherwise the 2010 list is still accurate.
