They should answer the the recently reported 20,000 pallets af bottled water still sitting on a tarmac in Puerto Rico. Instead, they will just point to the conveniently released new study, right before the midterms that took the death toll from 64 to approx 3000. Guess Puerto Rican’s can’t count. It took over a year to count the bodies? They want to count the 75 year old bed ridden woman in dialysis who hasn’t had access to medicine? Where was her family? All b.s.

The problem is the "President of the USA" is an idiot and Congress has a majority of cowards... and with a major hurricane about to make landfall, POTUS is more interested in tweeting to defend his incompetence, than he is in rallying the citizens in a crisis.

Trump seems to be doing just fine with the preparedness with this Hurricane just like he did with the three back to back last year. He can counter punch with one hand while he coordinates this major task and rally’s his troops with the other.

It's FEMA and other agencies, Federal, state and local as well as nonprofits, that do it all. Trump didn't do anything - he can't be bothered with anything as complex and detail oriented as disaster relief. He didn't even have a team meeting about PR until a week after the storm and the nation was starting a hard press to do more.

Rally what troops? The military? He never visits them. He's never been to a conflict zone, Bush went several times, Obama went 5 times. Both made frequent visits to Walter Reed. Trump has rarely visited. Trump doesn't go to anything in the US unless attending a ceremony, where he tends to drone on about himself, and might squeeze a visit into another trip like he did with troops in Japan last year.

Avanati has no chance politically - evidently he has a lot of personal baggage - and clearly he loves all the attention. But he has poked Trump, multiple times, and that has been fun to watch. Turns out the "whore with a heart of gold" was 100% right. Avanati took a big chance taking her case and pushing it so hard but it has paid off.

the military is more conservative leaning, but Trump's approval there isn't much different than the general public, and is worse among officers vs enlisted

Trump only claimed he didn't know about the payments and denied the allegations but that's not exactly calling her a liar but even if he did call her a liar its only because she brought it up in the first place after breeching an NDA. Your defamation case is super weak. There was no harm prior to brining it up publicly.
