How often are whites fearful a routine traffic stop will go wrong vs blacks? Therein lies the issue. Also people of color are disproportionately pulled over morr often vs whites. Would a white person have been pulled over for an air freshener? Would a cop have doubted a white person could have afforded a new SUV?
