Looks like Maine is the whitest at 93% white. Opposite end is D.C., CA and NM all close with only 37% or so. CT is middle-of-the-pack at 68% white, 16% Hispanic, 9.9% African American, 4.5% Asian. Nationally 60.6 white, 18% Hispanic, 12.3% black, Asian 5.5 % . Not surprisingly heavy red states have white populations much higher than the national average.
