As a parent you need to determine what's best for your kid. Always be assessing the situation and move your kid if its not working out.

Gal is far from imploding. Not associated with gal at all but gal still has a chance to win out as the second option with girls Ecnl clearly ahead. Gal will be Kind of like boys Ecnl. Right now it is in a battle With fading npl and EDP which is on a bit of an upswing. Gal may win as the second option

It's basically replaced the old NPL but there's also ECLR and better EDP teams competing for the same similar players "B league", as well as lower level ECNL players that overlap. That's a lot of overlap and watering down.

whats the "Right "way ? there are many ways to play any sport, and depending on the makeup of your team ,some are more successful than others

the sign of a good coach is to play a style that maximizes his players strengths- if your team is slow then play slow, if your team can fly, then run and gun. too many coaches get stuck on THEIR own style, but every team is different
