GA clubs should do all in their power to work on the product for the 09 teams through 06. The potential is there to be a good league and reasonable option for kids who cant or dont go to ECNL teams for whatever reason.

Structure the seasons so that there is no confusion re High School, let in occasional one-off teams instead of being so strictly club vs club, create a real atmosphere at game weekends and just work hard as league to get coaches at showcases and get players placed. Add some strict rules on roster sizes to make the teams attractive. People can talk about ECNL but I know some GA teams have 22 player rosters as well and multiple healthy players being told they cant dress for games. Its horrible at ECNL and GA and thats a step they can take. GA can be a good platform but they need to address these things and maybe taking a real stand on issues that impact the players enjoyment, like roster size and minimum game time could be a step in the right direction.

There is room for both leagues to thrive and produce quality players - find the best coach for your kid and be sure they are getting quality minutes. If not, find a new club.

No one is outraged, only the families that bought into to the "we're number 1" marketing message and now realize they chose to wear blinders

if people believe 100% of what any club says/promises then I can sell them a bridge.

As a parent you need to determine what's best for your kid. Always be assessing the situation and move your kid if its not working out.

No need to jump online and mock the results of a bunch of teenage girls.
