What do they do? Sneak into players' homes and take them in the dead of night?

No one "steals" anyone in this soccer environment.

Rather, people "choose" to leave one club and join another.

Hardly what you call a "theft".

More likely should be called "customer dissatisfaction" with one product and an attempt to find a better one to the customer's liking.

When people leave in numbers, you are doing something wrong.

At the u littlest ages there are tons of CT options and rarely does a u8 or u9 or u10 seek out the best club. There are so many options and such a lack of education and information, it’s easy not to know the landscape. Oakwood gets many of the top players at the older ages because the people realize it’s the place to be. People come, as we did, all on our own, because we’ve learned and seen a lot over the years.

They aggregate pretty well at about U13/U14 .... their U-Little coaches are terrible. No wonder they replace all but 2 or 3 kids from every team at that point. Not that it matters ... they only care about 1 or 2 players per team anyways.
