Pay attention to your own PeeWee, it seems to me the Mines Kid and his parents are happy with where he is, and its not at Beachside.

But understandably probably most won't because it's too expensive and they can't really profit from homegrown players the way international clubs can.
They have three older boys that were not as talented in the soccer area, they went to public and private schools not home schooled like him its possible they saw something in him and took a gamble and now he's living 'HIS" dream. This happens in Europe daily , kids walk 1-2 hours to soccer training but only here in the US we find it out of the ordinary to pursue a Professional Soccer career over sukazz college kickball.
Kudos to the Native I wish him great success.

If you put all the best kids in one league (and yes there are a few stragglers that want to play high school) and they train 4 days a week with a higher level of coaching against teams that also take it seriously the level will keep elevating. And it has. My son has played with multiple National team players and it started in early DAP. They were pulled out and given the chance, some made it some didn't. So the worst is now every starting player on my son's DAP team is now committed to a wide range of colleges. Not a bad thing. If you are good enough the US scouts at matches and DAP showcases will find you.

If your kid is with BS or OW then yes, there certainly is a "wide range of colleges" all right. Many of them could have landed at those schools with good grades and test scores.
