They have full rights to communicate with any players during tryouts, what are you blabbing on about? If players feel SU will better develop them, why should "local clubs" have any say where the player goes?

All proper football academies in England scout for good players to improve their training environment. You don't own the payers your kid plays rec soccer with, so don't cry if those players what a more competitive training environment.

If the player reaches out to the club they want to play for and initiates the conversation, that's fair game provided the other clauses of the rule are adhered to. If the club initiates the conversation by reaching out to the player first, that's a violation.

Stop this nonsense. The season is over, the player is NOT REGISTERED with any club during tryouts, thus no RCL rules apply.
