These guys are the worst. Stealing top players from local teams because they cant develop their own players. One of the local RCL clubs is planning to file for a grievance and will likely leave RCL. They claim that Seattle United actively communicates with players from their club to poach them away during tryouts. It’s a disgusting practice and needs to stop.

If the club initiates the conversation by reaching out to the player first, that's a violation.
