She’s a joke. The review above regarding her political and favoritism is spot on. We’ve seen it time and time again. I have a current player on one of her teams and have been currently seeking out other clubs to have another plan for next year if there is she remains on the team. Others on the team are also looking. Steer clear of this coach.

what do you mean that she’s being political? Like, you need to give her gifts in order for your player to gain favoritism? Thank you!!!!!

But I have a suggestion.
Obviously you can’t say anything specific or demonstrate how she discriminates against all these players. Or explain how the club and everyone despises her.
You just keep wining about your little Betty not being “the favorite”.
So I suggest if you have something to report, go report it to the club, or go report to Safe Sport. Otherwise, shut the **** up, put on your big boy pants, and get over it.

She's a female coach with a UK accent. Great poster coach for Eastside. Not coaching style/strategy.

I’m a referee and refereed her game two months ago. Good coach and cares about her players from what I saw. I’ve seen other coaches yell at their teams like at XF.

It took my daughter about two weeks to get used to her accent. But I should note, English is a second language for my daughter, so there’s always a learning curve for her with various accents.

But b/c of the Eastside’s location and ECNL status, they still pull in decent players. They are in a sweet spot, at least the boys side where nobody really expects them to compete with SU and XF. So if they finish the season in 3rd place, the coaches are thought to be amazing, when they’re actually mediocre. Hopefully, adding Troy is a step in the right direction for the club that actually wants to compete for titles.

Troy did a good job last year with the boys and cared about the development. This year seems to be a bit different. He ran Emerging Talents, and it looked like a cash grab. He had about 50 kids out there by himself trying to instruct. It was a complete cluster f, by the third session, we were done. The kids were just doing the exact thing and he still had no help, which he just focused on a select few. Sooo should he be nitpicked for favoritism?
