Even if Oregon doesn't get a DA team, ECNL is toast. There is no doubt where a DA option exists, that's where the talent will go. Once that happens, ECNL fades. And even if Oregon only has ECNL as an option, it still becomes second fiddle because all your competition will have lost it's top players.

In some big markets they will get some good players but markets like Portland too many girls will do high school so the pool will be very watered down.
