There is no club in Vancouver of any other youth sport that comes close to FCSC. Not even close. FCSC is hands down the worse club and they have proven that again if they hired VC back.

All three Vantucky clubs agreed to do High School boys try-outs on June 6th and 7th. FCSC agreed but then moved their try-outs two weeks earlier. Joe is a grease ball.

I may show up to that FCSC tryout just to watch the train wreck. I am guessing that they may get about 3-5 people for tryouts per age group.

Their website should start posting the three coaches they have at each age group. And those will stay the entire year. They may only get one team at that age but they will still pretend they have 3 teams. Pretty sure Sunny is not even in the Country any longer.

You are wasting your time even talking about these two entities. I call them entities because they are not true clubs. There is no club feel. Way too many agendas going on.
Spartans doesn't even have a qualified DOC. FCSC doesn't have a qualified DOC. What they call a DOC is a dinosaur running a club like it's 1994. They are outdated and behind what the game is really doing for this country.

to be honest, it's a great fit for Spartans and FCSC to combine. They are two peas in a pod. The both don't have a philosophy, curriculum or plan and they show it in their organization of their "clubs" ( or whatever you call them).

Earlier this year you would hear people say that FCSC and the Spartans only have one team that is good. I don't think either of them have one team that is good now. It's not uncommon to see two dying clubs grab a hold of each other to stay alive.

LOL. Haven't been out to WashT in a long time I see. Those fields are full all the time with quality stuff going on. Membership is GROWING. How does that happen if everyone is leaving? Oh wait that's not possible. BTW, I know of 2 full teams at FCSC that are disbanding and the majority will likely go to WashT. Or Pacific, but who cares really. They are gone.

Pretty easy to grow membership after years of watching hundreds and hundreds of kids walk away to other clubs (and they still do on the girl's side). WashT can only go up from where they are now.

At greater than 3000 players, only going up is a very nice compliment. Not too many clubs with that size that I know of are also growing. Nice that you are so confident that they will grow.

Hope you are right. FCSC only stuck around because Timbers kept f---ing it up over there. Hopefully they fixed it and get all those kids from FCSC. That club deserves to just be a rec. club.

If WashT is at 3000, then they've lost about 1000 in the last 3-4 years. And, of course, 2990 of those 3000 are rec players.
