smith will be fine. He's been there forever and he won't be going soon.

Schott at Portland State is the best they can get so she won't be going. Could she end up at OU or OSU?

Rhodes at OSU is gone. He's done nothing and had another losing season.

I am happy for the seniors but absolutely despise Kat. I hope she gets fired. If U of O beats OSU then they will land 10 out of 12 which is exactly where they were last year. The crazy thing is that they don't need to lose all the time. Kat just does the same thing over and over and expects different results. Apparently when you play Washington it does work haha. I bet the Huskies were sad yesterday!!!

Only time will tell. Friday at 2:00 Corvallis. It is difficult to say who will win. They have a similar record. It should be a good game on muddy fields.

Why does any parent despise a coach? Probably has or had a kid going there. We know several players at Oregon. From what I have heard the players all like one another but no one likes the coach. The feedback we have received is : flaky, doesn't coach, lies to players, has favorites.. etc.. Same ole, same ole D1 bullcrap.

Interesting, I spoke to a parent of one of the seniors and she said that the player really like Kat. Player likes Kat more than the previous coach.

There will always be a few that like the coach. One of the favorites? Also, favoritism and picking/playing your starters based on merit are two completely different things.
Not being a good coach is the main problem.

There will always be players and family that don't like a coach. Mostly players not getting playing time and not as good as they think they are.

This applies in rec, club, high school, and college.

It gets worse when a team's final results are not very good because those players think that if they are playing the results would be different
