I still don't see any conflict of interest that was unique to John Bain, or Gavin. I believe all the members of the OPC were high level administrators with in their clubs, as well as being directors of the league their club participated in.

In addition Tom is on the board of US Club. That seems like a glaring conflict of interest. He makes decisions for Thusc about whether they should participate in OPL or OYSA, meanwhile he sits on both the boards of OPL and US Club. He also has his personal grudge with Gavin and John. A veritable nest of conflicts of interest.

On a decision regarding OPL vs. OYSA how would he ever make an objective decision?

Hopefully OPL has some pretty robust minutes showing Tom Recusing himself.

On voting WS,ES, out there can actually be shown to be financial gain as the partners went from 8-3 each increasing their partnership share. Seems like another pretty significant conflict of interest.

As was said earlier, better get the IRS looking into this, there be rats in the OPL nest.
