Clive's philosophy is alive and well at FC. If you don't like what FC stands for, then simply stay away.

Everyone is to worried about my team is better then yours if your dd is on a team and has tallent she will get a look no matter if she is at THUSC, FC or crossfire. If you been to an ECNL event you will notice every team gets looked at. These coaches are looking for diamonds in the rough. You really think they are not going to look at a team because of record. If I were a college scout that's the games I would go to if the others were not. Be in top running for those great players on poor teams. Which in reality are not poor teams maybe in ECNL they are. You will find this out soon enough. To much chatter about who's better. I can tell you right now there will not be a team in either club that will win a national ECNL title in your girls time here and they would be really luck to even get a finals birth which is the top 16 after the playoffs. So let's get over who's better and move on. Both clubs are going to offer quality coaching and development.

Be careful

Every club has to decide what they feel is best for them. Westside, Eastside, etc. decided to create an alliance. THUSC and Crossfire decided to create partnership through a new ECNL club. FCP is going it alone. Individual clubs make decisions for their club families. Will every move have immediate success? Maybe not but I see no reason to wish for failure for any club.
By the way...good luck to THUSC U13, U14, U15, U16 & U18 in the finals this weekend!
