Have been on teams with good parent onions and bad parent onions. Really glad current onions are not adverse. Bad onions may not be the only reason to switch teams, but in my experience, its a strong indicator (if dd is not happy) to move along.

Do the right thing for your child because it is the right thing to do.
Do it because it is your child.
Don't let the fear of adverse parent onion be your guide.
You are your child's only advocate.
