Originally posted by Unregistered View PostNope not a lie. It was a dad mostly talking with two moms hanging on every word. The main gist was a coach who is apparently planning to leave and behind the scenes telling parents of the girls who are his favorites to go to the new club he's switching too. And one parent is in cahoots with him and doing it too. These two moms were shocked...listening to it was like a soccer soap opera.

And it's a fact that FC/THUSC/Crossfire but 5 to 10 times the number of girls in college each year than all TA clubs combined. And the disparity is getting bigger each year. Most TA clubs don't even have "premier" level HS girls teams anymore.
Name by name, club by club. Exactly. 5 to 10 times the number each year than all the TA clubs, right?
You're the one claiming to know it all. Prove it.

You were called out and you couldn't come you with the facts. Instead you turn around and call someone a name.
Cite your data sources.

Our club typically posts announcements after asking for permission from the player and family or after the college has formally posted the announcement on their site.

We don't put kids in college. These are STUDENT ATHLETES. They have criteria to meet in order to match a school's requirements to play. When they do all that is required of them and we do what is asked of us as coaches then the player puts himself or herself in college.
I didn't say anything about an invasion of privacy. I said that we respect family privacy should a family choose not to have information posted. It does happen and we honor their request. Not everyone needs to have bragging rights to demonstrate success. Sometimes it comes latter, sometimes it comes sooner.

Perhaps you should consider taking a remedial middle school grammar course.
