Most girls aren't. In every age group in Oregon there are at most 3-4 "premier" teams.

Nope not a lie. It was a dad mostly talking with two moms hanging on every word. The main gist was a coach who is apparently planning to leave and behind the scenes telling parents of the girls who are his favorites to go to the new club he's switching too. And one parent is in cahoots with him and doing it too. These two moms were shocked...listening to it was like a soccer soap opera.

With Talking Soccer as the network, youth soccer is a soap opera, with many different programs (G02 Rankings is my favorite...)

          Really? Break it down then.

Name by name, club by club. Exactly. 5 to 10 times the number each year than all the TA clubs, right?

You're the one claiming to know it all. Prove it.

The data is out there. It's been presented many times on this forum. If you're too stupid to find it, I can't help that.

              No it hasn't. Keep trying.

"The data is out there" is B.S.

You were called out and you couldn't come you with the facts. Instead you turn around and call someone a name.

                  Cite your data sources.

All the clubs release the names of there kids that are moving on to play College soccer. Information is available and I suggest anyone making a decision based on a college soccer future should look into this on there own.

No. All the clubs don't release the information. We respect the privacy of our families.

Our club typically posts announcements after asking for permission from the player and family or after the college has formally posted the announcement on their site.

Sounds to me like maybe you aren't proud of your clubs achievements in this area. Clubs that put kids into college often, proudly commend those kids achievments. Trying to paint that as a invasion of privacy seems odd to me.

With brith year changing all the clubs around in the area it's good you parents care about the future of your kids. But with big changes in the next few months ahead could change a lot of who they really are as player's. Can they adjust mentally is the biggest question when they come off the bench instead of starting . Are they willing to learn a new position to become a stater with out their parent's freaking out like they do on here lol. They're 13 for goodness sake.

Not one bit odd by my account and no problem with our club's performance. We have a solid reputation with collegiate recruiters.

We don't put kids in college. These are STUDENT ATHLETES. They have criteria to meet in order to match a school's requirements to play. When they do all that is required of them and we do what is asked of us as coaches then the player puts himself or herself in college.

I didn't say anything about an invasion of privacy. I said that we respect family privacy should a family choose not to have information posted. It does happen and we honor their request. Not everyone needs to have bragging rights to demonstrate success. Sometimes it comes latter, sometimes it comes sooner.

You're right about one thing. You're TA club doesn't put kids in college. No college would seriously consider girls from a TA club.

Our girls are going on to study biology, engineering, nursing, and the liberal arts. They will do well in college because they know the difference between the use of "you're" and "your" in a sentence.

Perhaps you should consider taking a remedial middle school grammar course.
