LOL. You are obviously clueless to the history of THUSC. Do you know who the Director was? Who started the Crossfire alliance? She runs her own club now….and it’s a bit of a sh-show to quote this thread.
also, all of these youth clubs are designed to generate money. This is the USA, it’s the only way to stay in business. And the beauty of that is that people can choose if they want to do business with the club or not. Many choose Surf. And some do not. Who cares? But all you trolls that want to act like you know something when you clearly haven’t been around long enough to make informed decisions should go back to the basement and focus on something else.

FYI that talent ID invite is a joke. Same ol same ol rasins who don’t care and don’t actually do anything but show up.

the last time Oregon produced a legit national team player was decades ago when scam leagues like ecnl didn’t kill development and functionality for states and regions to actually create pathways for the best.

Yes, and the Surf kids that have been their for years get nothing and the two newbies get the only invites for that age group. That is BS. Even if it is a joke of an ID camp, it is ridiculous that only those two are going. And no I don't have a kid on that team, but it is easy to see favoritism.Comment

Thorns Academy did not develop these two players. RJ did. And if they are good, and yes they are, they deserve to go. Plus three more players were chosen from the 2011 team. So go cry somewhere else.Comment
