When you have poor leadership, you have poor everything. Now that TM has left, do parents not look at this and thing 'What is wrong with this club?'
Surf have no interest in your child. All they want to do is make money.They are a for profit organization. Parents, do some research for goodness sake.

No knock of TM from what I hear she was alright at her job.

what is par for the course is ex pros hanging around for a little while then leaving. I’m sure people wish RJ would leave but he’s somewhat also showed the validity of what happens when you give a ex pro a job and they don’t know kids or coaching for that matter and they end up getting horrific complaints and they really don’t care about the kids in general.

I might avoid ex pros at this point based on the % chance they actually work out..
