Strange isn't it? WST did this a few years ago as well and everyone still remembers the WST Usonians/Rage game. Not the first time WST has done this. They'll have to face FC and CFC at some point.

Also find it strange that one of the goals by Eastside was an "own goal" by WST.

WOW! Would you like to meet the 12 yo player who scored the own goal??? Pls post your contact info and I'll set it up. Then you can look him in the face and ask why he "decided" to score an own goal. "Hey kid, why's you throw the game?" Please forgive the 12 yo if he tears up after you ask the question. Ohh wait, no worries, those would be fake tears, right?

CFC is by far the best U13 team. We've dominated all comers. It's incredible that we won't be playing Premier in the fall. That said, we'll take home a sweet State Cup trophy to whet or appetites. Premier league teams...how do your feel your "top" division doesn't even have the best team.

first of all..... you don't have the same team that played the fall league. of course adding 4 additional players to your roster can change the outcome.... at the end of state cup your guest players will leave and then you will play at the level you deserve... first division. thank you, come again!

second, you really think you can get far with your defensive line? it is so slow, 9 year olds can beat them :)

Hmmmm, didn't CFC lose their last 2 games during Spring League???? So looks like 12 and 13 year olds can score on them. :)

I believe there are about 4-5 U-13 teams at the same level and any game can go either way. Just depends on who wants it more that day. Don't get on here and say CFC rules and is the best....you sound silly!
I saw a few guest players the last time we played CFC, and it isn't the first time. You should try winning with your true team.

If CFC had guest players it would have been younger players from their U14 team or players from the other CFC u13 team. I'd be surprised if that made a big difference in their team.

You must not be from Westside (home of the camba), FC, or most other Portland teams, if you are complaining about guest players. CFC's roster was light towards the end of the season so they invited some players from their U-13 B-side to play with them (the B-side choose not to do State Cup).

So if you have your pants in a wad that some B-squad players have been added to the roster, and make it tough for your boys perhaps you need to be at first division.

Completely agree! It's just WST parents getting all scared and worried because tryouts are coming up and they know they have some kids leaving.

You're worried about the CFC B team players? Really?? WST needs to be more concerned with their A team players. Lot's of unhappy parents there. Hopefully JB can turn that around. The fact that they "lost" to Eastside will help them advance to the semi's. If it wasn't for that "loss" they would of been out in the quarter finals. Imagine how that would of looked come tryout time. Well played Cony, well played.
