Yes, I am a proud FC supporter (parent). There are parents on both sides who know each other. I suppose when you play in these communities for so long you end up knowing the opposition.

Rage needs two more really good offensive minded players for next year. Rage coach will do the rest.

Perhaps your player used to be on ICE?

          No

Problem is you never really know who you are getting here.

              THUSC lost to SS 3-1

Not the prettiest game of soccer ever played. Rain showed up, wind started bowing hard enough to make the rain hurt. Anyone else out during that torrential monsoon rain storm ? Sure slowed the game some and the kick & chase was used by both teams near the end.

First half I give SS 65% possession
              Second half 50/50

Goals scored by SS. 1 on a cross by a wing to the other wing, 1 on a corner by the stopper, and last by a break away from the big center forward all by herself.

Goal scored by THUSC. On a cross by the fast center to a wing across the face of the goal.

Ref had some difficulties distinguishing fouls at first but figured it out by the end.

Clearly posted by a THUSC parent. Not the most accurate of descriptions. I will just correct the most glaring: SS BEAT THUSC 3-1.

There was a previous thread that mentioned the bad blood between these clubs and why Rage players would not go to the OSSA squad. Prime example right here. The two times they met last year in ACTUAL matches the Rage won. Not one compliment here or at the ACTUAL matches, just a bunch of excuses..Who can forget the classic we were trying new formations post last year..LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!

Thanks for posting SSC fan, you have put the target right where it belongs again, right on your squads back. After all of the thumpings you took last year, plus your failure to make the NWCL for this year one might have thought that the SSC parents might have gained a little humility, but that will never happen.
The only excuses I saw after last week were from Tualatin parents on this board. Clock stopped early, no calls...should have won. Whatever...I think this quoted post is the real LOLOLOLOLOL!!! In fact, go back to the start of this entire thread and read. Everyone looks foolish for their coments and speculation, from all clubs. But this one here takes the cake, or at least warrants a good chuckle.

Oh gee, SS parent gloating once again. So childish!

The quote you posted was before your match with Rage and why is it LOL.. Everything is true....Trying to standup for one of your parents who doesn't know what a scrimmage is..very nice.
SSC is a nice lil Team but the season is early..
As for the THUSC match you did not like the persons summation...Let me try...SSC dominated and is the best team in the State. The new formations are working and we will not lose again this spring.

No one can beat SSC at this point. The loss to FC was a fluke, the formation was wrong. And when SSC meets the Usonians, it won't even be a contest.

                          Tickets

Didn't they sell tickets to the SSC vs WSM match last year?

So the post said that THUSC lost to SS 3-1. Not sure that is a glaring mistake....Oh, I forgot, it's the SSC parents.
It should haver said that THUSC Team should not have taken the field against the mighty SSC Squad. THUSC was crushed into submission and were lucky to have even scored a goal. The breathless crowd oooohhhed and aaaahhhed as the Crush effortlessly passed the ball around against the hapless THUSC defenders. The SSC goals were all works of art that us regular folks will talk about for seasons to come. Amazingly, the sun came out as SSC scored there last goal at the end of the Match and the Crush players strode off the field in unison as they had vanquished another opponent!!

Any glaring mistakes in this one?

Is the only thing in your pathetic lives whether or not SS is winning or loosing ? .....WOW ! Do you spend each weekend just waiting with baited breath to see if they are still standing tall or fell to earth like the rest of you ?

Just an idea. Tryouts are just a couple of months away (May). It might be a great time to be part of this group so that your in line to be part of the OSSA venture the year after. Dont wait til it's too late and your left standing on the outside looking in.

You know what they say "If you cant beat em, join em".
