Recruiting in youth soccer is just wrong....if a family chooses to switch clubs because they want a different experience great. If players tell other players about it great. But for a coach or a club to try and recruite players that isn't right; you are there for the community you support. Support them and your local players; if newcommers come on their own accord great.

From the inside looking out. I would rather have my daughter be a has been, then a never was. Like everything else in life it always come down to the have's and the have nots. If your daughter knew how to play better soccer we could be picking on her instead. But obviously you are trying to make her something you never were.

Who knows what you meant by "super-stud" but I would guess that most people would think of offensive players when using that term. To me, Sodium is all about the defense - it's obvious really when looking at the last year of play - few goals allowed, but also not a lot of goals made (RVSC doesn't count!). By the way, I'm not bashing - I don't have any problems with sodium recruiting or whatever (get a life to the ridiculous sodium bashers that post here).

I predict that the player coming to Sodium from Hotspur will make a huge difference for their offense meaning they'll be even tougher to beat next year.
God I swear Blog guy always has to talk about D, D, D. We hear you and get it the D is great, it is wonderful. Shut up and quit trying to post as unregistered. You are the worse recruiter of all and everyone knows it. For the parents wanting to come over and to deal with you puke. Other poster had it right, all a bunch of back stabers. Puke puke puke.

So will you be trading in your red and black for some new duds of black and green then? Were you just asking the question in advance so you don't feel bad for bumping out another Sodium player, ha ha ha!
So we all want to know now, what will you change your name to as a poster?

Your daughter obviously didn't make the Sodium team. It's okay, we all understand.

Geography wise it simply doesn't make sense for us, as we live in Sandy. Being a single and working professional mother there is no way for me to pull that off. For now we will likely stick with ESUFC. They are making some good changes this year with coaching and a push on the girl's side of the club. Not our team's coach as he is finishing up his first year with the girls and he has been great.

If we did come then for a name I might go with the unregistered like you :). There seem to be alot of Sodium haters out there!!

I would never feel bad if my daughter bumped another girl from a team. It is what it is. As for my curiousity it also stems in the fact that I would love to see others tryout for ESUFC if it makes sense for them.

Excuse me? I NEVER post without signing in. You would know that if you could read pasted a 3rd grade level. And your post makes no sense. Back stabbers? Where was that written? Of course I haven't scoured all the posts but I don't think any ever said that. So basically you can't read AND you are hallucinating? And you're tell ME to quit posting? Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!! I'm laughing right in your face!

I agree with in principal. Two important things always exist one is Politicans always lie and the 2nd is all clubs recruit players. So take off your soccer goggles and except it. I don't like it just was it is.

I see nothing wrong with a coach talking to a player as long as that's all it is. People sometimes need to know their options and if a coach sees a good player then I say talk to the parents. I have no problem with an opposing coach talking to me. If a player/parent is happy where they are then it won't matter.

I think we should believe the Sodium parent if he says he never posts under "Anonymous".

He has a sterling reputation and has never had anything but complimentary things to say about other youth soccer team parents and players on his blog. He always takes the high road. He is obviously proud of his daughter and her teammates and has always been respectful to other parents, players and the officials when watching them play. He has never posted comments specifically about individuals on other teams nor used their names in his blog.

He is also very handsome and smells nice.

And I ask: "Who are you to judge me?"

That was very nice of you to compliment him the way you did. Very handsome indeed, and yes he does smell very nice. I too like to get real close to him and sniff and to get all the juicy details as to what he thinks of all his daughters team mates and parents.

I have been around long enough to except it; I was just getting on my soap box and saying it was wrong; I stepped down now so someone else can have their turn
