Let's face it stats as well as rankings are for losers. Head to head match-ups are what really counts in determining the best. So does anyone know who won between FSU and Florida this year? We can surely all agree that head to head should really determine the best team not some subjective ranking system. Hang on, I don't know but I will look it up. Here we go FSU 1 UF 2, ummmmmm, I guess that settles all questions-end of discussion. Chomp, Chomp.

EVERY major D1 football program has it's share of "thugs" and trouble makers. If you are a gator fan making these comments, then you really should look back at the amazingly clean track record your football program has had over the last 5 years. Every program has a bad egg or two that shed bad light and reflect poorly on the rest of the team. Here's the difference right now........FSU is relevant, and the gators are not! Most true Seminole fans agree that Winston is an idiot, but he's no Aaron Hernandez now is he?

As for women's soccer, until the UF program can even begin to sniff the type of sustained success the FSU women have.........just shut up! You can't even begin to argue that they are the better team/program based on one game decided by one goal. Make it to multiple Final Fours in a row and play for National Championships, and then you can talk.

Oh, and congrats on the big football win this weekend. I hope ole Mustcramps keeps his job.....he's been my second favorite coach these last few years!!!

You people are really quite pathetic , if you think every parent encourages their son to play da just to be on an Mls team. I encourage my kid to be on the best team he can be on which is DA in central Florida. I also require that he gets good grades and will go to college. I hope it is On full ride but I am not delusional nor am I feed a load of crap from his coaches that he will be a pro. if you think that a kid should be discouraged because they aren't a certain color or height guess again, then welcome to the real world, there is always someone better.

We have never heard our coaches talk about pro other than it is hard to reach. We are very pleased with our club and our coaches. We have experienced dedication and a high level of coaching we have not gotten in our previous exoeriences. Good luck and keep positive.

OC boys parents all feel their kid is gonna play MLS. I've watched the last few MLS playoff games.

Unless your 6 foot 3 inches African American and athletic you haven't a chance.

Look at yourself and realize your son is goona be you.

Most all signing this far are athletic African players. Exception is kaka and baby heath.

Ajax academy has more profesional players than any other academy. Average height 154 cm/ 70 inches. FYI Chaka Zulu

You're talking about one league that still has a ways to go in terms of talent. None of the players that OC has signed are very big. In fact Molino and Mbengue are small by the standards that you give. Neither one is taller than 5'9" and both are rail thin. I think they are negotiating with Luke Boden, so he will likely be on the team next year. Have you ever seen Dax McCarty in person? He might be 5'7". I'm not here to sell kids on the likelihood that they will become pro, but I would definitely say that if it is a dream that they have, they shouldn't let a false perception stop them from trying to get there. The only guy I can think of who I would put in my top 10 players in the world that fits your criteria of being African descent and 6'3" would be Yaya Toure. His size helps him, but what makes him great is his amazing touch and skill. If you're just talking about the MLS I would say that the league is still evolving in terms of talent. There are certain positions on the filed where the majority of guys are big like center backs and goalies, but in the majority of other positions your stereotypes don't hold true.

Calling all Gayturd fans.....Please come to The FSU game on Nov 29th to join me and the 50 other Gayturd fans dumb enough to waste our time and money on watching our boys (also thugs btw) in orange and blue get destroyed, again, by the dreaded Noles! Let's face it. Some gators fans are really not very objective. They are always tooting their own horn and throwing rocks at everyone around them. Georgia, fsu, Miami, whomever they feel threatened by at the moment. Some of them seem to have an inordinate amount of time to devote to these endeavors when clearly they should be brushing up on their English or perhaps seeking a job.

The most vocal seem to always find some way to pivot the conversation back to them. If the polls are on their side, the polls are great. If the other team has some great athletes that come from overseas, they pull that out and keep pounding that issue. If the polls don't make their point, then the polls are crap, We won a head to head early on so gators are wonderful and everyone else sucks.

You are so right brother. Gators are amazing, you are brilliant and super smart, and the rest of world that remotely threatens you is all broken and biased with cheaters, liars, and thugs behind any success they experience. Reminds me of some sort of racist fox news commentary that gets it all wrong and never ever retracts an error or self corrects.
