You're talking about one league that still has a ways to go in terms of talent. None of the players that OC has signed are very big. In fact Molino and Mbengue are small by the standards that you give. Neither one is taller than 5'9" and both are rail thin. I think they are negotiating with Luke Boden, so he will likely be on the team next year. Have you ever seen Dax McCarty in person? He might be 5'7". I'm not here to sell kids on the likelihood that they will become pro, but I would definitely say that if it is a dream that they have, they shouldn't let a false perception stop them from trying to get there. The only guy I can think of who I would put in my top 10 players in the world that fits your criteria of being African descent and 6'3" would be Yaya Toure. His size helps him, but what makes him great is his amazing touch and skill. If you're just talking about the MLS I would say that the league is still evolving in terms of talent. There are certain positions on the filed where the majority of guys are big like center backs and goalies, but in the majority of other positions your stereotypes don't hold true.

You are correct. Size isn't that much of a fact or when it comes to soccer. You don't have to be big to be a professional.

My concern with the MLS Orlando City team is going to be will there be any quality American players on the team? Because right now it is a melting pot of a bunch of foreigners. I'll be honest in that I'm not interested in watching Orlando City if they don't have some high-profile or some USMNT pool players.

Based on the writing level for the posters in Florida, along with the GPAs I see on a bunch of your ECNL players bios, I think all of you are too stupid to get into any school other than the Florida state schools.
