Who is the equivalent of a CEO for a club? Is it the BOD or DOC? or is it FYSA ?

That is, if convicted who will go to jail?

"..Regulations can also promote transparency, as do laws that require publicly held companies to disclose their earnings, governance structure, and executive pay. But rules are less successful when they seek to govern human conduct and behavior.

That’s why I believe this is the moment to rethink how we operate, how we govern, how we lead and how we relate to society. As we do this, we should identify the kinds of behaviors we need to protect us lurching from crisis to crisis and propel us toward growth in our more interconnected and interdependent world...."

"... how could the CEO of that company be assured that his or her people were acting according to the even higher standard of behavior demanded by its stakeholder community?..."

If from lawlessness or fickleness, from folly or self-indulgence, they refuse to govern themselves, then most assuredly in the end they will have to be governed by the outside.” Teddy Roosevelt

OCYS is totally out of line with US Club soccer requirements. Who is responsible?

Well clubs are falling short of those goals established by US Soccer nut I would say that OCYS is falling way short since they don't even come close especially at the older ages. Not sure what I am paying for.

you are a dis-grace to NPL and US Club soccers good intentions.
We hope they will kick you out of the affiliation ASAP. If not, they stand to FAIL miserably.

The only thing OC is ahead of any club is season tickets sales for the professional team. When you have teams practicing less than most any other club it is just a matter of time before it begins to affect rankings and development of those teams.

Sure right now you might have one of the less than handfuls of coaches that take it upon themselves to provide an extra training session now and again. You might think all is great. However, wait till that stops because of whatever reason or because the season is over and its time for a new coach.

For a club that is supposed to be part of a "professional" system they don't even come close to "professional" development and training.

You continue to claim that OC teams train less than other clubs, yet you refuse to name any clubs who are training more. Why is that?

DA teams train 4 nights a week and play on the weekends.
Pre DA teams train 3 nights a week (u9-u12) and play on the weekends.

Who is training more than that?
