No, you don't. If you are with OCYS, you are a member, not an owner.

That says the same thing it did the previous 10 times you posted it. Are we supposed to focus on the sample schedules on pages 18-19, which don't support your belief that everyone should practice 4 days a week, or that U10 and under should even practice 3 days a week? Or are we supposed to focus on page 20, which says to beware of the more is better mentality? Or maybe we should focus on page 21, which recommends 1 day of training for U8 and under, 2 days for U10, 2-3 days for U12, 3 days for U14-U16, and 4-5 days for U18?

Aren't you the one complaining that your U10 girl isn't getting enough training? According to your source, OCYS is giving her too much training. It's a good thing you aren't taking advantage of those Friday sessions.

We agree by application to follow all of Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of Florida Youth
Soccer Association, US Youth Soccer, and the United States Soccer Federation now in
effect, as well as all of those that may be enacted in the future.

Fact is, clubs have to declare their type of service as Rec or competetive.
If competetive, then USSF recommended training needs pertaining to player development (which is clearly stated in all youth programs mission/vision statements) to be followed to maintain that status and to participate in leagues such as FSPL or State cups. For mostly all clubs, their bylaws have to reflect this by default.

For now, problem is: there is a 300$ grievance filing fee and followed by 9000$ arbitration fee.
No we do not want to go ahead with any of this, hence we drop our requests to you and just follow with what you are currently providing.
Hopefully we will get our 15 seconds fame in Feb/March on National television.
If not, what the hell, it is just fun and recreational soccer with lots of marketing and hype, join the party.
On the long run, time will tell who the losers are. None of our daughters are expected to join ECNL anyway, you just recruit them.

If you can't beat them, join them! For the city of Orlando this is a great opportunity.

We are not aware of Friday sessions set up for state cup teams? Where is it communicated?

That is because you aren't at OCYS. It doesn't have to be posted on the website for it to exist.

Most of the other clubs don't post a practice schedule. Since I can't find a schedule for the other clubs, does that mean they don't practice at all?

SouthEast Division of ECNL is poor from top to bottom. Ask any division 1 soccer coach. How many Division 1 players came from last years U18 ECNL squads from this division. How many are first of all on Div 1 teams let a lone making any impact on any college team.. The answer is only a couple. ECNL has strong division the Southeast is by far the weakest of any division. This is a known fact.

Reg 3 premier or even FPL is just as competitive.

TopHat play Reg 3 and state cup. Other top clubs doing the same. Tophat have national team players on there rosters.

UConn, FSU, UNC, Miss St, UCF, and Auburn. Maybe you have heard of those small D1 programs. Certainly bigger D1 programs than where your son is at. You are one crazy psycho bitch. Does your husband know what a fool he has for a wife? Do your kids? You weren't welcomed back here. Just accept it and move on. How strong is the League and Div FLA Rush play in?

You can make an argument for not playing ECNL but why ?

It takes to another level when the same trolls also start running the soccer clubs... very very sad for no reason at all...
