Or are we supposed to focus on page 20, which says to beware of the more is better mentality? Or maybe we should focus on page 21, which recommends 1 day of training for U8 and under, 2 days for U10, 2-3 days for U12, 3 days for U14-U16, and 4-5 days for U18?

If competetive, then USSF recommended training needs pertaining to player development (which is clearly stated in all youth programs mission/vision statements) to be followed to maintain that status and to participate in leagues such as FSPL or State cups. For mostly all clubs, their bylaws have to reflect this by default.
For now, problem is: there is a 300$ grievance filing fee and followed by 9000$ arbitration fee.
No we do not want to go ahead with any of this, hence we drop our requests to you and just follow with what you are currently providing.
Hopefully we will get our 15 seconds fame in Feb/March on National television.
If not, what the hell, it is just fun and recreational soccer with lots of marketing and hype, join the party.
On the long run, time will tell who the losers are. None of our daughters are expected to join ECNL anyway, you just recruit them.
