Listen Captain OC, if they keep.recruiting and continue overlooking kids within their own program they will not be able to pay the bills. The kids.will leave. I never said we wouldn't lose outside of ECNL, and I never said we would be the top team in ECNL. I'm just saying that right now OC provides the best opportunity for girls in central florida to play at the highest level possible. Nothing more, nothing less, so please don't put words in my mouth to further your own agenda of bashing.

Coach Hough can you name 3 girls from OC from last years U18 ECNL team playing at the next level. Can you name 3 girls from your current 18 girls team committed to high level university.

I agree for DA and ECNL part. It is a given. That brand is not exactly established by OC but by the National standards and OC is priviledged to host that program on behalf of all the local communities.

Challenge for OCYS is how they run their non-DA and non-ECNL programs?
Is that program growing and attracting and retaining talent? What OCYS offers that makes them that much special? That is the approach OCYS can take for RIGHT NOW. Right attitude and fostering growth culture will enable your even rec teams to beat the S..t out of these winers down the road.

No. OCYS cannot do that because it sounds like too much work. That can throw other surrounding clubs too much to handle.
Rather we prefer our player revenue to be spent for lawyers to throw other competition out of business.

The only difference between OCYS and your pathetic community club is we are supported by a professional team owned by millionaires. You are a volunteer group of self-aggrandizing middle-class mommies and dads that think your history as CFK entitles you to the leadership position in Central Florida soccer. Even after we bailed you out, you still feel entitled to be in the leadership role. Even after you are denied FYSA membership, you continue to believe you are the driving force of youth soccer.
