Yes, the best 24 u12 teams in the country. Is that so hard for you to understand? I keep the concept seems a bit far fetched for you but it is possible for a tournament to organize an event that brings the top u12 teams together. The Disney showcase is the closest we have on the east coast but not visited by CA teams. And Yes, 11 and 12 year olds!!

Agreed, there is one thing you can't dispute. This was the best youth tournament in the NATION for U9-U12. The teams were from all over the country and were largely the best in each respective region. Surf cup has great West Coast Talent, Disney has great East coast Talent. Supercopa has it ALL.

You will need to be even better to get an invite next year...

It is super stupid!!! Anything before puberty is pointless for boys. Totally meaningless!! Ask any professional scout or coach in any sport. Parent's are just stupid. Pat the money!

What does this say about the rest of the Country? Three teams merged together by OC to try to win super cup and almost pulled it off. Maybe if the Dallas area or Los Angeles area pooled the best kids for a weekend ego trip they might wax your asses.

I wonder if these people actually read what they type before they hit send? You have access to gotsoccer yes? Great, now go and have a look at all the teams in the SuperCopa and tell me how many "Guest Players" you see per team. Let me save you the trouble, more than half the teams within the tournament took atleast 2-3 quest players. Even the mighty Texas team. So please stop makes assumptions about a tournament you have never attended. Troll

Probably one of the most misguided things on this forum. Ever heard of a kid named Messi that Barcelona paid to bring to Spain when he was 10 or 11 and paid for his medical treatment. Or a guys named Ronaldo that moved away from his home in Madera when he was 11 to go to Sporting Lisbon.

A real scout will tell you they don't know who will be great at 10 or 11 but they can tell you who wont be. The Dallas Supercopa was a chance for those that play at high level to get together and challenge each other. These kids may not be great, but you can't tell that yet, and they may be the next superstars.
