What makes a good coach?

While looking at the top Orlando area coaches, say what makes these coaches great. Trainer, coach, motivator, what?

A. Previous experience playing soccer at higher than a high school level.

B. Ability to communicate with kids

C. Not being a parent coach

D. Ability to instruct kids at a level that they can engage

E. Ability to control the atmosphere of the team through good and bad times.

You can't prove 900 members but you love to promote it. You guys had a miserable money losing rec tournament that drew a paltry 33 teams. You were denied affiliation with FYSA and your paying members have no leagues under U15. You fooled a foolish Maitland to give you player passes and you did not even mention them on your own website when you took credit for the first round wins in SC. You are constantly fund raising and paying todays bills with tomorrows registrations. That is why you will not survive. Robbing Peter to pay Paul always catches up to you. Just like CFK, you will be looking for a sugar daddy to bail you out but this time it may be impossible given your treatment of the last guy to save your ass.

The only stinging defeat is what you suffered at CDL Showcase. Phil is waiting for the "coalition" to step up and do something for the community. They won't as they are only interested in paying members, not growing soccer into the poor neighborhoods.

Stop swallowing the crap Ocity is feeding the news media about the City of Orlando not being able to secure all the property needed to build the stadium. That is a subterfuge. The main issue is Phil can't line up all the cash needed to finance the construction.
