Ok, so he may have done something illegal and unethical if what you say is true. I certainly don't know if that is illegal as I am not a lawyer and don't pretend to know if this is, but that doesn't mean the company LSP is fake. It is a true company and is listed as an owner of City, so until he is prosecuted for it or they get rid of LSP as part owner, he is an owner.
