There are options like R3PL and the US Youth National League that could help FKK (if they qualify). I don't think FSPL, FPL or CDL will give them the stage for collegiate recruiting.

who cares! If it's all about development then any decent soccer game will do. Scrimmages with college coaches, showcase or whatever is needed to move kids to the next level. ( College )
